Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping option you choose. 

There are unexpected delays that we cannot control, such as delays due to the high volume of orders, postal service problems, etc. In these instances, we will do our best to help you.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Although most products have free standard shipping, any shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

 How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of expected delivery, please contact us at customerservice@decorumliving.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
